The Liverpool West Ham 4-1 Repeat

The Liverpool West Ham 4-1 victory was practically a repeat of the previous encounter at the end of last year. Mane, Can, Firmino and Salah all delivered the goods once again, leaving much to be desired for the West Ham Defense.

Emre Can opened the scoreboard with the first goal in the 29th minute of the game. It wasn’t until Salah and Firmino did their thing in the second half, that Michail Antonio finally had a reply to the 3 goals scored by the Merseysiders. Sadio Mane finally sealed their fate after another great goal to close off the match and yet another sweet victory over West Ham.

Oxlade-Chamberlain managed to make the starting line-up and put in a great support role in the centre, but it’s almost as if Liverpool only ever needs the front 3 to do all the work. The Reds dominate the game, outplaying West Ham on just about every count.
